Who owns the website after it's built?
You always own your content (text, images, etc.). For starter websites on the monthly plan, I retain code ownership but you get all your content if you cancel. For WordPress projects, you own everything once it's paid for. All WordPress sites come with full admin access and training.
Do you work with businesses outside the Twin Cities?
Absolutely! While I focus on Twin Cities businesses, I work with small businesses anywhere. Most of my communication is via email, phone, and video calls anyway, so location isn't usually an issue.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
I stand behind my work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, I'll work with you to make it right. For monthly starter website clients, there's a 12-month commitment, but my goal is your success - if you're not winning, I'm not doing my job right.
